I do not use your personal data for any purpose other than to enable contact between us, to facilitate payment should you wish to purchase a painting, or to comply with any obligations that may be required of me under the laws of this or other countries.

There are only two instances where I would transfer your personal data a) when you have agreed to purchase a painting or other item from me, and I have to inform either PayPal or my bank of the transaction and a payment is forthcoming and b) if I Ire required by law enforcement to reveal details of my contacts and transactions as below.
